As our longest standing Direct Trade relationship, La Minita has long been a customer favorite and staple on our menu of coffee offerings for many years. When we had the opportunity to try something new on a recent visit to the farm we knew we had to bring it home to share with our Boston Stoker family.
While originating from the same location as our long-standing Hacienda La Minita favorite, this coffee varies from our traditional offering in that it has been processed using a natural anaerobic process. The result is a fruity flavor with a higher acidity and sweetness than the traditional offering. We hope you love it as much as we do!
