Boston Stoker Coffee Co. partnered with Dayton Barrel Works to craft a limited-edition aged bourbon barrel coffee. This specialty coffee begins with Stoker's Blend 56 from Cerrado, Brazil. A semi-washed coffee with a blend of varietals consisting of Catuai, Mondo Novo, and Caturra. The beans were aged in bourbon-soaked barrels directly from Dayton Barrel Works Artisan Distillery. Monitored for just the right saturation level, the beans are then freshly roasted to peak flavor. The result is a perfectly crafted cup with a smooth and sweet bourbon finish.
