This dark roasted coffee comes directly from Costa Rica and is sourced through a long-standing direct trade relationship started in 1986! Coffee farm La Minita, located in Tarrazu, Costa Rica is dedicated to making the perfect cup of coffee! La Minita French is a dark roast with a low acidity and medium-high body and sweetness. This one was roasted just long enough to give it that dark roast flavor without burning the beans. This roast time enhances the natural flavor of the coffee beans giving it an incredible cocoa, caramel, and brown sugar flavor.
