Payments, Shipping, Returns, Warranties & Refunds

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal for all ecommerce transactions on our website. We accept additional forms of payment at our individual store locations, which vary per location.

Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Friday on all non-Holidays. Orders are shipped within 24 business hours. All coffee beans are custom roasted and ground per order to ensure the freshest possible product for our customers. 

We sometimes offer free shipping, which you will as an available option when checking out. We also offer shipping options via USPS Priority and UPS Ground, which are calculated during checkout based on your order and shipping address. Shipping speeds are between 2 - 5 days, depending on which shipping option is selected, size of the order, and shipping destination. 

Warranty Policy

Boston Stoker Coffee Co. brand merchandise carries a 90 day warranty on defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship. Contact customerservice@bostonstoker.com for warranty/replacement information on any of our merchandise.

Other brands carry warranties specific to each manufacturer and individual product. Other then damage during shipping, refer to the product information for warranty information and contact the product manufacturer directly with any issues.

Cancellation Policy

Only cancellation requests received before your order has begun fulfillment are guaranteed to be honored. We custom roast and grind all coffee made to order; once this process has begun it is on our judgement to decide if the order is irretrievably in process or able to be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds Policy

To ensure your satisfaction with the products you receive, please check your order upon receipt. If there is a problem, immediately contact us by email or telephone.

Consumable products are non-returnable. If incorrect or defective consumable products are received, Boston Stoker Coffee Co. will replace these items at our cost.

Non-defective, non-consumable hardgoods and apparel, if unused and in original packaging, may be returned within 14 days with prior return authorization from Boston Stoker Coffee Co., shipping paid for by the consumer, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective hardgoods and apparel will be replaced by Boston Stoker Coffee Co. at our expense.

Approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise in acceptable condition. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

Return Check Policy

All returned checks are subject to the state allowable service fee. Returned checks may be electronically debited for the full face value of the check and the state allowable service fee.
